The corrosion resistant screw pump uses the rotation of the screw to suck and discharge the liquid. The middle screw of the corrosion resistant screw pump is the active screw, which is driven by the prime mover to rotate, and the two side screws are the driven screws, which rotate in reverse with the active screw. The threads of the main and driven screws are double-headed threads. Due to the mutual engagement of the screws and the close cooperation between the screws and the inner wall of the liner, the pump is separated into one or more sealing spaces between the suction and discharge ports. 


With the rotation and engagement of the screw, these seal space in the pump's suction end constantly formed, the liquid in the suction chamber will be sealed into it, and from the suction chamber along the screw axial continuous push to the discharge end, will be closed in the space of the liquid continuously discharged, as if a nut in the thread rotary was constantly pushed forward, this is the basic working principle of corrosion-resistant screw pump.

The single screw is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of the rotary engagement volume, the main working parts are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator).


Due to the special geometry of the two components, respectively, the formation of a separate sealed cavity, the medium by the axial uniform implementation of the flow, the internal flow rate is low, the volume remains constant, the pressure is stable, and therefore does not produce eddy currents and churning. The output pressure of each pump stage is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clear water), the self-priming height is generally 6m, and it is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80℃ (special requirements up to 150℃).


The stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, so this pump has the characteristics of a general pump type that is not capable of conveying high viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or media containing fibres. The flow rate is proportional to the speed.


Transmission can be direct by coupling, or variable speed by speed-regulating motor, v-belt, gearbox and other devices.


This kind of pump has few parts, compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, rotor and stator are the wearing parts of this pump, simple structure, easy to install and disassemble.
