Pneumatic diaphragm pump routine maintenance and care

Ensure that pneumatic diaphragm pumps are always in good operating or standby condition. All building installed living pneumatic diaphragm pumps, fire pumps, sprinkler pumps, make-up pumps, sewage pumps, air conditioning pneumatic diaphragm pumps. The maintenance staff of the management office is responsible for the regular maintenance of pneumatic diaphragm pumps.

A, living pneumatic diaphragm pumps and air conditioning pneumatic diaphragm pump weekly routine inspection and maintenance, every six months for a comprehensive maintenance.

Second, the fire pneumatic diaphragm pump and spraying pump every month, pressure pump every two months for a trial run, running time of 10-15 minutes, fire pump start at the top of the pipe network test hydrant outlet water spray range of 6M or more, every six months for a comprehensive maintenance.

Third, sewage pumps, submersible pneumatic diaphragm pumps every six months for a comprehensive maintenance.

Fourth, pneumatic diaphragm pump maintenance should be connected to the pump body within 2 meters of the valve, pressure gauge, piping and other maintenance with the pump at the same time.

Five, the maintenance of the pump body

1, check the pump body should be free of damage, intact nameplate, clear and clear indication of the direction of water flow, neat and tidy appearance, intact paint.

2、Replenish lubricating oil, if the oil is discoloured and has impurities, it should be replaced.

3、Check the packing seal, if there is water leakage, asbestos rope packing should be increased or replaced.

4、The coupling bolts and rubber pads of the coupling should be replaced if they are damaged.

5、Tighten the machine base screws and do anti-rust treatment.

6, living gas pneumatic diaphragm pump and air conditioning pneumatic diaphragm pump because of frequent operation, the coupling should be disassembled each year to clear or replace the bearings at both ends.

Six, the maintenance of the motor

1, the appearance of the inspection should be neat, intact nameplate, grounding wire is well connected.

2, dismantle the motor junction box wire connection piece, with 500V megohm table test motor winding phase and phase, relative to the insulation resistance value between the ground should not be less than 0.5 megohm.

3, motor junction box in the three phase wire and connection piece should be firm and tight.

Seven, the maintenance of related valves, pipes and accessories

1、The switch of each valve should be flexible and reliable, no leakage inside and outside.

2、The action of the check valve should be flexible, and there should be no leakage inside or outside the valve body.

3、The pressure gauge should be accurate and the dial should be clear.

4, the pipeline and the appearance of the accessories neat and beautiful, no cracks, paint should be intact and not fall off.

5, point to judge whether the pneumatic diaphragm pump steering is correct, if there is a mistake should be corrected.

Eight, the control cabinet maintenance

1, disconnect the total power supply of the control cabinet, check the transfer switch, start, stop button action should be flexible and reliable.

2, check the cabinet air switch, contactor, relay and other electrical appliances are intact, tighten the electrical contact wire and terminal wiring screws.

3、Clean the dust inside and outside the control cabinet.

4、Close the total power supply, check the power indication should be normal.

Nine, maintenance is completed to start the pneumatic diaphragm pump, observe the ammeter, indicator light indication is normal.

Ten, observe the operation of the pneumatic diaphragm pump should be smooth, no obvious vibration and noise, the pressure gauge indication is normal, the control cabinet of the electrical appliances without bad noise.
