Cautions

1. G-type screw pump must determine the direction of operation before starting, shall not be reversed.

3. Newly installed or shut down a few days after the pump, can not immediately start, should be injected into the pump body the appropriate amount of oil, and then use the pipe pliers to wrench a few turns before starting.

4. After conveying high viscosity or media containing particles and corrosiveness, water or solvents should be flushed to prevent blockage, so as to avoid difficulties in starting next time.

5. Winter should be excluded from the accumulation of liquid, to prevent freezing.

6. G-type screw pump should be regularly lubricated in the bearing box during use, found that the shaft end of the seepage, to promptly deal with or exchange the oil seal.
