Magnetic drive pump (magnetic pump for short) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling to centrifugal pumps, with reasonable design and advanced technology, featuring full sealing, no leakage and corrosion resistance.

The magnetic pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic actuator and motor. The key component, the magnetic drive, consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-permeable isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material, and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to make synchronous rotation, realising the contactless transmission of power and transforming the dynamic seal into a static seal. As the pump shaft and the inner magnetic rotor are completely enclosed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping and leaking" is completely solved, eliminating the safety hazard of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the oil refining and chemical industry.

The magnetic pump is a branch of the water pump field. It is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling to centrifugal pumps. Magnetic pumps are mainly used in computer water cooling systems, solar fountains, tabletop fountains, handicrafts, coffee machines, drinking fountains, soilless cultivation, dental scalers, water heater pressurisation, hot water circulation, swimming pool water circulation and filtration, foot washing and surfing massage basins, surfing massage bathtubs, car cooling circulation systems, fuel dispensers, humidifiers, air conditioning units, medical equipment, cooling systems, sanitary products, etc.

Water pump principle

A water pump is a machine that transports or pressurises liquids. It transmits the mechanical energy of the prime mover or other external energy to the liquid to increase the energy of the liquid. It is mainly used to convey liquids including water, oil, acid and alkali liquids, emulsions, suspension emulsions and liquid metals, etc. It can also convey liquids, gas mixtures and liquids containing suspended solids. The technical parameters for measuring the performance of pumps are flow rate, suction range, head, shaft power, water power, efficiency, etc.; according to different working principles, they can be divided into volumetric pumps, vane pumps and other types. The volumetric pump is the use of its studio volume changes to transfer energy; vane pump is the use of rotary vane and water interaction to transfer energy, there are centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps and other types. Centrifugal pumps can be divided into AC pumps, brushed DC pumps, brushless DC motor type pumps and brushless DC magnetic isolation type pumps according to the control principle.
